I use this app primarily to transcribe and summarise Whatsapp voice notes. It used to work, no problem with SpeakNotes but over time it's become more cumbersome to select a file manager that will allow me to upload .opus files to SpeakNotes. Finally, today - I have no way to upload these files at all, they're always greyed out.
So my options now are:
- Convert to an audio format that is supported (.mp3) every single time before uploading.
- Stop paying for SpeakNotes and switch to another app.
I'm not willing to do (1.), so unless this is fixed soon.. i'll have no choice but to go with (2.).

This is now implemented and will be available as an update in the next couple of days once Apple has reviewed the changes
